Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a total refund within 3-5 business days (excluding transaction fees of 2.9% + 1 AED).
- Once the 12 hour window has lapsed, you will be liable for a handling and processing fee of 20 Dirhams on top off and including the 2.9% = 1 AED of the order total. The balance will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days.
Once an order is handed over to the courier, a cancellation will not be available. You will be liable for the handling fee of 20 Dirhams, the 2.9% + 1 AED transaction fee as well ass the courier fee. Please refer to the returns policy below.

Beauty Beast SAE hold the right to deny any returns of products due to hygiene, quality and safety reasons.
- However, in the event of a cancellation, when an item has already been dispatched - the client is liable for the return courier fee, handling fee of AED 20 + 2.9% + 1 AED of the transaction value. The balance value will be refunded to the client once Beauty Beast SAE inspects the return within 3 - 5 business days. Please request a return as soon as the courier facility delivers the item.
Opened items cannot be returned - due to hygiene reasons. Once the packaging is opened, no returns or refunds will be made available.

Refunds Policy

All items are inspected and personally packaged before shipping. Therefore, no refund request for damaged or faulty products will be entertained. Each individual item is personally checked and specifically safely wrapped.
No refunds are issued to items returned with damaged or opened packaging as stated above.
If in the event of an order cancellation once the order is in transit. The customer will be liable for the handling fee of 20 Dirhams and the courier fee. Thereafter, the balance remaining will be refunded to the customer once the item is returned and inspected. If the item is still in its original packaging and has not been opened, the customer will recieve the appropriate refund. Please note that the customer is liable for couriering the item back to Beauty Beast SAE.
